The Ground Shook

When he arrived as a baby,

the heavens sang.

But when he died upon the cross,

The ground shook.

For the next three days of mourning

Heaven held its breath,

And when the stone was rolled away,

The ground shook.

As I wrestled with life and faith,

Heaven watched.

But when Jesus entered my life,

The ground shook.
