Spend a few bucks on a sweet treat.

It's been a long week; get off your feet.

This is where our tangents meet.

You make my smile wide and true

While we sit under the sky so blue.

To look across the table at you

Is, by far, my favorite view.

With loving care, our tensions mend.

I wish this evening would never end,
