My Children Have

My children have a playground. They can see it all around. It's got skipping rocks, and climbing trees, and critters on the ground.

My children have a theme song. They can hear it all day long. It's got tweeting birds, and babbling brooks, and the harmonies are ne'r wrong.

My children have a teacher. They like to call her Mother Nature. She is honest, but she's dangerous and has a wild air about her.

My children have a compass. It's from me to help them pass Most of life's tests and passageways, although they have to do the rest.
