It's Cold in Space

When my fingers have slipped,

And I've been flung from orbit

'Cause the world's spinning too fast,

There's nothing lonelier

Than looking through the porthole

from the wrong side of the glass...

Space is cold and empty.

Yet you have all that I want:

A beating heart and your embrace,

But you're e'er occupied

With better things that with me...

It's just very cold in space...

...it's really cold out here in space.
