An afternoon at Gator Creek

Are just the words that you may speak

To tempt a Mimsite from their home

And to the road where Locals roam.

Friendly smiles and nods of heads

Are exchanged from between truck beds.

Push a kayak or cast a line,

The day is turning out just fine.

Raise your can and give a toast

In pleasure of the view we boast,

This river between sky and sea

Right here on NASA property.

Titusville is a treasure trove.

Folks can flock out here in droves,

But those who live here all can say

There's no better place to spend the day.
